These young gymnasts put on an excellent performance in Leicester on Saturday securing the trophy 20 points clear. The day continued with the senior team championships the senior gymnasts worked well as a team but just missed out on a podium finish after the second round saw excellent team work from South Essex, Huntingdon and Hinckley. All was not lost as the combined team score from the u14 and senior competition meant Leeds won the continental cup this was finally presented to the senior team and Nile from the u14 team to the delight of the Leeds coaches and supporters. Keep a close eye on these young gymnasts as they progress under guidance of Moussa and Dave who’s coaching skills shine through in these gymnasts. A long day of competition well done all it was a pleasure to see.
