Recreational Gymnastics Development Coach Position
The newly established City of Leeds Gymnastics Club CIC is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Recreational Gymnastics Development Coach position, working at the new 17,500 sq ft training facility in Seacroft, Leeds.
Reporting to the Director of Gymnastics, you will take primary responsibility for:
- Establishing, developing and managing the Carers & Tots, Preschool and U12 recreational gymnastics programs
- Establishing, developing and managing recreational gymnastics holiday camp programs
- Leading and managing coaches delivering recreational gymnastics to ensure a high quality of coaching delivery
- Recruitment and retention strategies for recreational gymnasts
- Developing new gymnastics-based activities within the Club
- Developing partnerships with external bodies, e.g. local schools
You will have a minimum of a Level 3 coaching qualification (or equivalent) with knowledge of practices as recommended by British Gymnastics. You will also have had previous experience of delivering successful recreational gymnastics programs to meet financial targets.
The starting salary is £24,549.
